Alvin founded Silver & Rock to provide the kind of independent, rigorous counsel that he observed was consistently underserved in the market — strategic advice free from the conflicts that compromise so much of the advisory industry.

His career spans investment analysis and institutional advisory at PGIM, one of the world's largest asset managers, and capital allocation and financial modelling at Fractal. This experience across both the analytical and execution dimensions of finance informs the firm's distinctive approach.

With cross-border experience spanning the United Kingdom and Africa, Alvin brings a genuinely global perspective to every engagement.
